The crane automation system features a bridge crane and 2 hoists with a custom end effector that grips, lifts, and transfers the large frames from one conveyor to another. Automated Crane System for Automotive Manufacturer
Tri-State Equipment's team of engineers designed, built, and programmed this crane automation project for transferring bus cabs during manufacturing. It features a custom overhead crane and hoist with sensors that allow them to automatically lift the large frames from one conveyor and move them across the plant to another conveyor without interfering with traffic on the factory floor. 10 Ton Overhead Crane System Installation
Tri-State Overhead Crane installed this 10 ton overhead crane system that features 4 top running single girder bridge cranes. Each crane has a 10 ton capacity, 45 foot span, an R&M SX Wire Rope Hoist, Magnetek Flex EX Radio Remote, and LED Reflective Anti-Collision Systems.
