C-Hook Coil Grabs & Steel Coil Lifting Equipment

Harrington C-hook coil grabs are the workhorses of steel coil handling — below-the-hook devices designed to lift, carry, and position heavy metal coils safely and efficiently. Models range from simple C-shaped coil hooks for narrow slit coils to vertical coil grabs and telescopic two-sided lifters for wide coils in high-density storage environments.

All models attach directly to the lifting hook of your overhead crane and are engineered to ASME B30.20 and BTH-1 Design Category B Service Class 2, proof-tested to 125% capacity with certificates included. Standard applications include steel mills, processing centers, fabrication shops, and warehouses handling coiled steel, aluminum, or other metals.
